It’s not a secret that John Lennon was undoubtedly one of the most influential artists in music history, regardless of his political opinions, he without a doubt will be here forever amongst us.

one day while I was traveling to France and enjoying an espresso shot in a local small coffee shop, I suddenly encountered a guardian angel (ange gardien) who was speaking to me in French, and told me that Lennon’s legacy will remain forever and I must help the powers of the universe to make his legacy go on, and that angel was describing to me what I should do regarding Lennon’s wondering eyes and hopeful thoughts.

So I’ve dedicated this heārtwork, to emphasizing the optimistic worldview and the way he lived, maybe nowadays life is not just a strawberry field after all…

I wanted to perpetuate the dreamy look as he imagine and pondered. like giving the word Imagine a sight, exactly as I’ve been told, and I lay in peace the guardian angel on the canvas too, in order to make sure I’ve perpetuated his creativity.
I chose to paint with short brush strokes and no accentuations and reliefs, to emphasize the power of simplicity.

after all, this is my artistic way to represent Lennon’s imaginary blurry sight.
